"We came in and the waitress was very nice. She was attentive and she was helpful. My husband and I sat there and watched as the older cook talked down to the young trainee, speaking to him horribly. The young man is NEW! We have all been new at some time or another. The older gentleman kept berating him. The young man changed his gloves at least 4 times. The older cook squeegeed the floor, picked up a strip of bacon off the floor, wiped his hands with some sort of rag and NEVER changed his gloves. The young trainee was polite and was doing his best. After we saw the older cook do what he did and NOT change his gloves, my husband and I paid for the OJ we ordered and explained to the waitress why we were leaving."
"Never got to try the food, due to the cook and his trainee. The trainee couldn't learn for getting talked down to by the cook. The waitresses were polite and great and very apologetic on behalf of the cook. We sat there for almost 20 minutes when the waitress came over and apologized and stated that the cook hadn't even set up our plates. He was making plates out of order. The entire time we sat there the trainee changed his gloves at least 5 times. The cook never changed his, even after touching a broom handle and picking things up off the floor he would go straight back to touching the food. Do not recommend."
"Good place to sit and eat, but you can only order takeout online with a bunch of fees tacked on. You're penalized for saving their time and resources. Almost $45 for what should've been $29 worth of food that you have to pick up. 55% mark up. Insane."
"It is waffle House, The food is okay. Some people are interested in to talk to some are not. The patrons, are something else! That you're going to get what you expect most of the time. I might suggest the Texas melt with chicken. Get your hash browns as you think lol. In the end, they're open at 4:00 a.m. when no one else is. And that has to say something."
