"There was literally only one woman working...she was doing the cooking, and the drive thru. She was kind, and the food was good. But nobody should be working under those conditions. The wait was very long because she was doing everything by herself."

"Chicken was not completely cooked. The cashier took my card and held it until I got my food. Thankfully there have been no charges to my account but that is not a secure thing to do concerning all of the card theft that has been happening."

"Let's start with my order being taken as though the person didn't want to be at work. I ordered 12 sweet and spicy wings. They drizzled the sauce on 1 side. The wings were just fried wings as if you would put hot sauce on your chicken. I've visited other locations in multiple states and the wings were fully sauced. Maybe more training is needed at this location."

"Visited the drive thru for this location last night. I began my order, and before I could complete the order, I was told to pull around to the window to place my order. A young man greeted us at the window and took our order. It appeared that there was only two people working this location. We were told to pull into a parking spot until our order was brought out, and we did have to wait a decently long time to receive our food. The same young man that greeted us and placed our order with also brought the food out to us, and we asked him how many people were working. He confirmed that it was only him and one other person at the time. Despite the longer than usual wait for our food and the short staffing at the time, the young man had a great attitude during an obviously somewhat stressful time. This young man is a very hard and dedicated worker. I wish I had asked him what his name was just for the sake of clarity on this review. Whoever he is, he certainly deserves some recognition for his determination and the attitude he kept. You just do not see many hard workers like him anymore, and for that reason alone, this reflects my 5 star review. To that young man, thank you again. The food was also wonderful."

"What a joke this place is. I don't recommend anyone eating at this location. The employees have absolutely no customer service skills. I ordered two of the shrimp tackle boxes which come with a small drink . I get to the window and payed and was charged for two drinks even though the sign clearly says it comes with a drink . When I asked about the drink charges they told me it doesn't come with a drink . Then rudely asked me well what do you want me to do. I gave her the drinks back and asked for the almost 7 dollars to be returned to my card for the drinks that were supposed to be included with the meal . After that she took my card and for whatever reason gave me cash back then closed the window. She still has my card at this point and the food that I paid for. After she finally opened the window she says what do you want ? I said I would like my debit card back . She hands me my card and closed the window again. I'm still waiting , she finally opens the window again and says what do you want ..... I said I would like my food please. . . I'm amazed that this place is even in business. What an absolute nightmare ! I don't recommend anyone eating here . Stay away"
