"I have had an account with Wells Fargo a very long time. Like 20 years or more. I have been through some hard times and pulled out of them. Going through one now. Trying to get it straighten out. I have applied for a loan several time and been denied. I am.so tired of trying. All my deposits go into this bank. But will tell you this. It will not be long before it stops. It is crazy. Yes my credit is not that good right now but ALL MY MONEY GOES THROUGH HERE. You could not help me figure something out. Tired. Just as some as my next check drops. I am finding another bank. Now why would I do all that. Last time all I got was a woman that went over my account telling where I should and shouldn't be spending my money. After being belittled I still didn't get a loan."

"5/29/18 This bank is aweful .They change their policy all the time.Gave them a cashiers check which is suppose to go in immediately. The teller who I thought was a real nice placed the deposit for me and after the fact put it in as a regular check which is going to cause my wife's funds to bounce. We are done with these people and will be looking for another bank.I am going to contact their corporate office."

"Their customer service is the worst! I opened a checking account by myself years ago, my ex was able to not only go in and sweet talk an employee into making it a joint account adding him to it (with out my permission or me signing for it) then was able to have me removed from my own account. Later after we had separated, he ran the account in the negative. They then tried to contact me to set the account back in the good. I told them I had been removed from the account by one of their staff members and they could contact my ex about the debit. I mean the whole thing was ridiculous ! DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK!!!"

"Shortly after​ their purchase of the previous bank, Wachovia My identity was stolen the day after i opened the account, which was done in person at the district branch, no less. Now they want ME to ASSUME RESPONSIBILIT for the debt with the promise of being compensated later...... BUT ONLY IF the "THIEF"(mind you) pays them back through a NON-COURT ORDER​ED RESTITUTION process (In other words, doesn't legally have to pay back the money even though they caught the guy red handed because of his photo being taken at an off site ATM he tried to rob ,while heavily intoxicated. He might have got away with it but he was QUICKLY found thanks to the store clerk that was able to easily ID HIM BEING THEY WERE ROOMMATES! They both share the residence in back of the lot behind the very store they were standing in.... I'm not paying Wells Fargo a dime.... They are arguably as incompetent as the moron who stole my identity by going through the dumpster behind my office...Or so he says."
