"This is a small bank and the 24 hour online banking service has poor service. I couldn’t get into my account at all then had to wait until the next day because their bank doesn’t have anyone available for you to speak with. I had to go to the bank four different occasions during bank hours only when l had a online problem and that was a major problem for me. Just know if you’re looking to get 24 service like the most banks, you will not get it at Ameris unless it’s during banking hours only. I am a former unsatisfied customer!"
