"Very disappointed with this Regions. Been banking there for 16 years. No bad history with them. Applied for a loan to pay off debt. Put my home and land up and they wouldn't use it. Been faithful to their bank. My husband has an account there and my daughter. Twice they ran my credit. That didn't help my score at all. Then had me all almost stress free telling me everything was going good. Appraised my home for a good deal more then I had expected and twice the amount of what I wanted to borrow. Then they said my home wouldn't work. You'd think that someone who has banked with them for so many years would of had a chance for them to work with me. Give one of their customers a break. I guess it's not in their program. They really don't care about their customers. Now I don't know what to do. I went there once a few months ago. Ran my credit thru prosper and some other loan place and said I was denied. I went back and talked to someone else and that's who had my hopes up. He really did. I actually believed in him and what he said. Just for another let down. They don't care about their customers. If they did they would prove it. A loan would of helped me out so much. So much stress they caused me."
