"If I could give zero stars I would, I had fraudulent charges on my account went in got them disputed next day more charges on my account even after getting a new card. I went back in and asked why they let those charges on my account even after calling fraud department and went into this location and they never blocked it and they said I should have been watching my account no that is your job as fraud department I can’t stop fraud. Absolutely no help at this location and very rude! If you don’t believe me read the other reviews same thing is happening to others at this location do not do business with them!"

"They double charged me for a business service fee which has caused my next transaction to need overdraft and now I owe them an extra $30 ?? How do you “accidentally” charge business service fee $8 2 times on one day? I’ll get my money back or close all accounts and go else where"

"This bank is the absolute worst. I have had nothing but issues with them ever since they took over Army Aviation. They continuously put holds on my own money and don't give me access to it. I had been with Army Aviation for many years and thanks to All In, someone else will be getting my bank fees."

"I had my debit card stolen and used at several locations in Dothan. I reported it by phone that evening (Monday) to the all in fraud service. I then filed a police report on Tuesday, which I turned in to the bank that day, in person. The teller said he'd emailed all my information over to the fraud department. The very next day the police received videos of the stolen card being used. The girl that stole my card was arrested that evening. Something told me to call the bank to make sure all my information was emailed to the proper department. When I called the bank, they stated that I had not filed a dispute and they did not have a police report. Now we're on Wednesday....I go into the bank. I tell a young man I need to see the branch manager. He's polite, says he'll email her and let her know. 20 minutes later he walks into the office behind him!!! This office has all glass windows and I've been watching the ladies in this office for the entire 20 minutes. He walks back out and says Sarah.....the branch manager, will be with you shortly. Mind you ...Sarah and another staff member have been at her desk looking at their phones, giggling this entire time!!! I had no idea she was the BM by the way they were behaving. At this point another employee came over to see if he could assist me. Sarah NEVER budged from her chair, the other employee was still kicked back with legs up in her chair and was later joined by another employee....chatting and laughing. If this is what ALL IN allows...stay away. I would have to say Sarah would not be so jolly if this had happened to her. Let's jump to Monday now......if the following week!!!!! I called back to check on status of investigation and the customer service rep said she did not see a dispute on my account!!!!!! Do your departments have any clue what the others are doing? At all?"

"The branch I use is usually the South Park location. I was in that branch on 11/8/22 to withdraw a bit of cash. While we were there we decided to update the accounts with my wife's information and add her to the accounts. Everything was so painless and the staff at the South Park branch were super friendly and helpful. We were interested in getting a line of credit to convert to a mortgage when we finished building our home so, we asked about doing that. The young lady that helped us was very helpful in answering questions and explaining how the process would work. She took our information to pass on to this branch that handles mortgages. We waited for a call and didn't receive one so, I called back on 11/14/22 to find out if the information had been forwarded to the mortgage group yet. The young lady that helped us told me that it had been forwarded and she even received a reply from Cody on 11/10/22 saying that they were going to be getting in contact with me. No call yet so, I'm moving on to a lender that is more interested in contacting me in less than a week of time. I know that last Friday was a holiday but that didn't impact the phone lines today. This has been the 2nd time in the last 5-6 years that I've felt absolutely ignored by the mortgage group at All Out Credit Union. It might be time to find another financial institution that wants ALL of my business and not just the banking accounts part. Reply: All of my contact information was provided and forwarded to Cody as I stated above. I've provided all the details here and don't feel compelled to call you about this to start over explaining my experience. My phone works great inbound aswell as outbound so, feel free to contact me if this is of any importance to you. This review wasn't even read by the appearance of the canned generic response by All Out Credit Union Marketing Group. This has an identical response to other negative reviews yet the positive reviews get read and received UNcanned UNgeneric sincere replies. You didn't read this but, most consumers here will."
