"I like the services and the person who is there to serve when she’s there. My complaint is that she closes the store whenever she has an appointment or somewhere she has to be with no backup. I’ve been there at least 6 times and only once was the store open when I arrived. Today I came mid afternoon and was greeted by a sign closed for another 2 hours so I came back only to find them already closed early for the night. How do you stay in business when you’re closed so often? What a waste of my time and gas! A complete aggravation! And they never answer the phone at the local store so I can see if they’re open before I drive up there!!!! Not good business!"
