"The lady taking orders january 16 at 2:20 was very rude didn’t let me finish my order or anything"
"I would rate Krystal a 3 stars because when we went through the drive thru the speaker was quiet and we couldn’t hear what they were saying. The service wasn’t great because of that and the food was good but it didn’t have the ingredients that I wanted in it."

"The ladies were very nice, but the food was horrible. The burgers were half fried burnt and the other half not cook barely. Milk shake was sour. Food was cold. And it took forever and there were only like 7 customers and all but 3 were already eating. This food was disgusting its usually really good. But this experience will probably be it for me and Krystal."
"The lady taking the orders this morning September 1 around 930 AM was extremely irritated and wanted to speed up the order without asking the details in regards to scrambled or sunny side up. I’m not sure if it was just her, but the hostile environment that she provided was not good enough for me to want to even eat here."
