"Dec. 15, 2023 - My delivery driver did not say anything rude, in fact, he did not say a single word. He did not say anything upon arrival, once his tip was given, or when I wished him a good evening. He may not have thought that his $2 tip was enough, but I am a High School student, and that tip was all I could afford to give. He did not even check to see if the address was correct or to see if I was indeed the one who placed the order. He didn't even ask if I wanted my receipt, I had to ask HIM for it. If I could give him less than 1 star, I WOULD!"

"There so called on line answering service with recording conversations got my order wrong. The shift manager didn't even offer to listen to the order. Ordered a pan extraganzza pizza loaded. Got a medium cheese and sauce pizza with no meat at all. Didn't offer to correct at the time of pickup. Called back and for $8.00 more dollars we will replace. My time is worth more. On the next pizza order will be with someone else."
