"Don’t order on the app with these guys, if it’s more then they want to make they will not make it. They will tell the app your order is done but when you come. The kids will say they never got the order. Found out they lied to me about my food and I can’t get a refund. Had to calm down and remember $50 is not worth going to jail."

"Terrible experience. Went on August 6th around 345 to pick up a mobile order. No workers even acknowledged me. They were cutting up and joking around. I asked the status of the order, and they l looked at me like I was an inconvenience.I ordered double ham (3 dollars extra) but got home to notice they did not give me double ham. Not only that, but one of the workers were dropping F bombs in front of CHILDREN. Management needs to GET IT TOGETHER."

"Soooo... I'm never going to this Subway again. I don't know who taught the woman that was working when I came, but she needs retrained. I ordered a cold cut & got literally 6 thin slices of meat on a footlong sandwich (couldn't even tell it was on there at all). Their bread was so skinny, it was on the verge of being a pretzel twist. We were there for maybe 15 minutes, and we were the only ones in line up until the last 5."
