"The Manager should have been embarrassed to serve the type of food leaving their kitchen. I ordered the Pan-Seared Tuna which was extremely overcooked - considering it was barely a half inch thick - and even burnt on the bottom side. I returned it and told them I wanted nothing in return as mit would no doubt be similar. Not a word from Management except "Have a good day." Yeah. Right."

"Waited 45 min for food. Manager was clearly exasperated as she moped around cussing at the staff, saying she can't take this. She locked the doors before 6pm (wish it had been earlier). Restaurant was filthy; dirty tables, mold on the ceiling. No sweet tea! Not a pleasant place to be. Unhappy customers and workers."

"After waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru line , it was finally my turn to pull up to the speaker and place my order. However once I got to the speaker I was told it would be just a minute, 10 minutes went by and I was still at the drive thru speaker patiently waiting for someone to take my order and no one didn't so I drove off and spent my money elsewhere and didn't have to wait forever. I will NEVER return to this Captain Ds location again."

"Arrived at 12:03. I person in dining room, 2 waiting to pickup food. Walked straight up to counter. No one else was in line.Was completely ignored by person filling orders. 12:16 a cook comes from the back to take our orders. Still no one has even said hello. Food arrived at 12:24. Food was good but service was atrocious. Don't ever go there unless you have alot of time to wait."

"I got a plate for $12 with the stuffed crab shells way over cooked couldn’t get it loose with my fork…then when I took a bite after getting it loose. It had a whole piece of a crab arm I’m assuming because it crunched and my mouth was full of shell. I had to spit it out. Also the hush puppies didn’t taste like hush puppies, which was disappointing because I ordered 6 it taste like bread with no flavor it was gross I spit it out too. The fish was brown from being over cooked. The clams were okay I got them as an added side But my entire plate I ordered was not good and I’m not eating it. Waste of $26 minus the clams became they were okay. Tried to eat just the fries and they are soggy and taste like old burnt grease. Worst experience ever ! I won’t be back!"
