McDonald's

"One hour wait for two mcdoubles and a large fry. Drive through at standstill for over 15 minutes. Update: Still trash. Waited at speaker so long app deal expired and couldn't get a new code unless I waited another 5 minutes. I just ended up leaving. This should not be a thing that happens at a fast food restaurant. The food often comes slowly and more times than not incorrectly. With the amount of time I have to waste, just to get my food I spent my money on to get quickly, I should be getting paid to eat here not the other way around. If it takes an hour to get food from a fast food place you are paying with time and money. Too much time for the price of items. Let's be honest the food isn't worth half the price even if it didn't take much time. Nonetheless, it will take more time than you cooking a full course meal yourself and cost more."

"Costa family owns this McDonald's. In the past I have tried to provide them feedback and they don't care. I've sent emails and even get an automatic reply that they will reach out and they never do. There is a number posted for them at the drive thru to reach out to them, but it is false because you will not get anyone. I've left a message and they don't respond. They have more than once shown me they don't care. They want you to spend your money there, but you the customer mean nothing to them."

"Stopped for lunch with a friend and our kids, the app wasn't working correctly the kiosk didn't want to take my card. Our food took forever and there was like no one in the lobby... and even though it took forever to get our food my daughter's was wrong( not to the point she wouldn't eat it but still not what I ordered) my DQP was RAW all the way through the outside looked done but the inside was pink. When I told the cashier about it she looked at me like I was an idiot even after I showed it to her she finally took it back. After waiting for another sandwich for almost ten minutes I asked if it was almost done (mind you I have my 5 year old with me who's done eating at this point) they told me it would be five more minutes I told them to just refund me and suddenly it was done. A manager never came to talk to me no apologies from anyone. Literally the worst McDonald's I've ever been to"

"I stopped in to use the restroom and get a breakfast sandwich, and I ordered in the app while using the restroom, and picked up at the counter. Everything was clean and tidy. I sat at a table for a few minutes, looking at places nearby of interest while I travel through Florida. While I was sitting there, I heard the manager?, a big guy, talking with employees, and watched counter workers interact with customers. Everyone was very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and Christian music was playing over the sound system. I really enjoyed the time I spent here. It made a fantastic start to my day. Keep up the great job. "We ordered on the app two crispy chicken sandwiches, one of which was spicy. We also ordered a large Dr Pepper. Ordering on the app was convenient and made getting through the drive-thru fairly quick to get to the window, however we still had a decent wait for the food. When opening the bag it smelled more like a cheeseburger than a chicken sandwich. The crispy chicken sandwich was dry, over cooked, and had an old oil taste to it that left you with a bad aftertaste. The pickles were the best part of the sandwich for me. Staff were friendly and there was a bogo coupon on the app for the sandwiches."
