McDonald's

"so I get to the drive-through and all I simply want is two iced waters for me and my pregnant girlfriend the nice man at the first pick up window does not charge us which I wouldn’t see why he would not or would it’s just too ice waters if you can’t afford a nice water, then you shouldn’t be asking for them, a different employee at the second pick up window decided to give me and my girlfriend attitude because we did not get charged for the waters as if it was our fault and we’re mad at us for simply getting water and we sat at the drive-through window for five minutes over two iced waters. That is absolutely ridiculous , they got our order wrong tried giving us three different drinks that we never even ordered and then acted like we did something wrong, I have never been to a McDonald’s before in my entire life and I’ve been eating this food since I was in the womb I could care less about being charged for the two ice waters. After being told they were free. It was the extremely awful customer service and attitude from the employees and I tried making peace by talking to the manager over the phone, but then sat in the parking lot for another 10 minutes waiting for somebody to pick up so I gave up and went to the window because that was the final straw. If you cannot take care of your customers, without talking to your coworkers and friends, then you don’t need to be working at a fast food industry. Corporate will hear about this store"

"It took forever to get our order inside —10 piece nugget and quarter pounder— no special request. I’m a rewards customer and frequently stop at McDonald’s when we travel. This was the slowest ever with no explanation."

"Not sure why inside service is even offered. Placed online pickup order. Figured picking up inside during peak time would be quicker since drive-thru can be slow. Had to flag down gentleman taking out trash to get someone to come to front counter. This was after another couple waiting gave up and left. Some drinks were not ready for self-serve and had to be requested from behind the counter. I understand worker shortages, etc, but just close the store to drive-thru only if inside service cannot be managed properly."

"The restroom was disgusting the floors were sticky and black there were paper towels all over the restroom counters and no soap. I ordered a cup of coffee and was told 6 minutes for them to make it fresh. so I waited until I was given the coffee I tasted it after getting back on the highway and it was room temperature."

"I have traveled all across the country and this is the worst McDonald's I have EVER gone to. So many health violations and mismanagement I am shocked that this establishment has not been shut down just off of the unsanitary practices alone. Customer service is completely none existent. Never eat here no matter the situation or even stop to use the restrooms they are disgusting too."
