"Great Customer Experience!!! Family of 6 was eating inside and walked in. No one served me for 5 mins and I was able to hear people in the back washing. So then what I did was open/close(10 times) the front door cause it was making noise but no one came from the back. Walmart one is better always!!!"

"Poor girl was working the entire restaurant by herself. Was really stacked up when we arrived and my wife really wanted sandwiches. The worker kept her cool despite all the people and made really good sandwiches. Kudos for her!"

"Employee # 23213 excellent. This young lady doing everything with a longline. 10 humans left which = $ owners/management should get their act together. If they don't hire then work themselves. Best sell your business because you don't know how to run a business!"

"Came in and workers asked me what sandwich at least 7 times before they sliced the bread. They kept saying they were closed and mad we were in there at 6:30pm even though there was no indication of them closing early. They didn’t even slice a foot long in half."

"I am beyond concerned about the operations of this location. My family has been on the road for 4 hours and we chose to stop to eat at Subway. We place an app order for this location. At our arrival the two young lady employees were sitting and chatting. There wasn't a customer greeting, but rather a "Are you paying with cash or a card?" When I communicated it was an online order, one employee said there was no bread and to go to the Walmart location. I initially took her for her word and said thank you. As I turned to leave, my son and I saw two trays of bread in the warming oven full of bread. We said nothing and returned to our vehicle. Following behind us were both the employees. They had turned to "open" light off and quickly drove away (please note the store hours said the location was to be open for another hour and 45 minutes). When we entered the Walmart location, the gates to Subway were closed. The employee was still there so I spoke through the gate and told her what happened. These young lady's at the 180N Lee location have does this before and this needs to stop. I am so appreciative of the Walmart location for being there and getting us our APP order. She did not have to. She had every right to refuse service, but she didn't. She needs to be acknowledged for her impeccable customer service. A formal call complaint to follow this message. Do right by people."
