"It now costs 13.25$ for 2 chulupas, taco and a drink. Their sign said 8.49$ + tax. Not sure how that works. I SPECIFICALLY asked TWICE no sour cream on ANYTHING, they put sour cream on everything and the taco was completely broken to the point I couldn't eat it, without shuffling slop into my mouth with my hands. Never again and if this is taco bells prices now, definitely never again. I believe stone is the positive reviews are employees and owners posting. Don't waste your money, I would have enjoyed the $13 more by throwing it out the window"
"It's been awhile since I've had decent Taco Bell, so I was very happy I stopped at this one. Everything was fresh and yummy!"
"Got hit buy a car going through the drive-thru while I was walking back to my truck and the people that work there did not come out. Did not help. Did not call the police. Didn't do nothing... Very very disappointed ! They need mirrors out there and caution signs for pedestrians and drive through customers !"
"My wife, daughter and I were not happy with the attitudes of the employees that were working Nov 9th at 12:00pm...we come in and wanted to place our orders, but the employee acted bitter and said, "You have to use the kiosk." I'm sorry, but I am not used to updated technology, but if you can't be kind enough to either take my order or better yet, come show me how to use the kiosk, it might make the visit less stressful. But the employees behind the counter at that time acted like they didn't wanna be there or to fool with customers. After we finally got our order, we noticed an elderly couple come in who didn't know anything about technology or what to do, and the line was backing up. There were workers that came in and stood in line for 10 minutes and decided to leave. To say the least, if this is way it's going to be fun or done, we won't come back. I'd rather be greeted with a cheery smile than to punch a menu on a kiosk."
"I've eaten at this taco bell almost every week for a year now and it's always been amazing up until the last two weeks I've went in. There are new staff members and they don't make sure that the food is heated throughout. The cheese wasn't melted on the quesadilla we were missing tomatoes and sour cream on a few items and instead of the extra rice and chicken I paid for we got even less than an actual serving. I don't know what needs to be done but ummm yeah."
