When I call and ask for a manager (im told they arent therel liars) or someone in charge and I say Y'ALL Canceled my order. YOU THE EMPLOYEE IS APART OF YALL/YOU ALL. "I visited McDonald's to get some food for my kids for a fun night. The fun night quickly turned into a headache when they had the second drive thru lane open but weren't utilizing it so we sat there for a long time for nothing. Then I had to go inside where I stood for 10 minutes before being waited on while the staff just moved around in the back watching us in the front. Were it not for my kids wanting happy meals, I'd have left. I know I won't be back any time soon."
"I got a chicken biscuit for breakfast this morning. The chicken was not fresh!!! It was tough and chewy. Apparently, it was a left over. All the reason more I've began eating from home more!!!! 12/8/23 I was here today about 2:40 for a late lunch. I was going to dine in, but the lobby was filthy! I sat down while waiting on my food but immediately got up as I felt dirty just sitting there. The lobby needs to be cleaned up regularly throughout the day and after a customer gets up from eating. I sat and ate in my vehicle."
