"Horrible service. Ordered 5 peice strip for my son only came with three. Cheese sticks wasn't even cooked all the way. Tater tots were just horrible. No sauce for the jalapeno bites? Really wouldn't waste my money here. Cost me $50 to learn that lesson. What we could eat was horrible. Close this place down"
"The app didn't work properly but charged our card. The establishment couldn't find the order. Was able to cancel through the bank. We went to Chic-fil-A. Not the employee's fault. Sonic needs more/better checks and balances for situations like this, if not for their customers, for their employees to have better resources."
"My family of 6 passing through decided to stop at the location 1506 Lafayette parkway we decided to sit outside we didn't wait too long before the food was coming out but we were missing our kids meal I knocked on the door to inform of the missing meal the white Lady gave me a nasty look as if I had not just paid nearly 40 dollars . When she brought the meal back she only brought the meat no fries or toy, so I had to go to the door again her response was what you mean you said you were missing tenders . I started a kids tender meal . Wow I'm stunned so she brought the fries and dipping sauce and no toy . I was afraid to ask for anything else but we didn't have any napkins so I had no choice I stood at the door nearly 2 mins she seen me standing there . I guess it was my skin color that caused the bad service but I'm going to leave this feedback and maybe someday we can be treated like the family of 5 with the lighter skin color. Consider hiring people who are more kind the world needs more kindness."
"Finally got in the drive-thru last night! They've been slammed for a solid month since the grand opening. I grabbed two chili cheese dogs and some Jalapeño poppers. Both were good. Waited maybe 15-20 minutes in line."
"Sonic is Sonic, right?! Always enjoyed trying different milkshakes! However, where is the rest of the parking lot? Never been to a chain that small. Even on the drive thru side usually there's room to back out of a parking space. Who has the time to back up and let a customer cut the line just to reverse their vehicle. There's no room. Maybe that area needs to be resized. That can affect a customer's decision on whether or not they'll visit Sonic. The hassle of getting food."
