"I order food to be delivered to my family, called and checked on my order and was informed there was no driver on duty! I then was given a refund but I couldn’t be refunded my tip due to the “system” I’ve never ate at this place and I couldn’t get the food and they kept the tip. "This place is steadily going downhill. It used to be our favorite for pizza but, the past few times we’ve gotten food from there, either the staff was rude, they never filled our order, or the food was burnt. Tonight, our wings were completely charred and the pizza was burnt. I think we’re done with Marco’s."
