"Out of countless Chickfila visits my entire life, I wouldn’t say this place is the worst however its not good. I really don’t understand what they are doing differently with their cooking process compared to other Chickfilas, but the chicken is always hard and tastes old. We have been 7-8 times since moving here and each and everytime I just throw the rest of the chicken away because it’s terrible. We drive down to Auburn just to get Chickfila there even though this location is 5 minutes from the house because this one is always disappointing. It’s usually super packed inside as well and you’re better off eating in the car."
"I've never had to wait in line a long time or even check my food..until tonight. I am furious that I spent about $10 for a grilled chicken Cobb salad to receive a pinch of chicken scraps on it ..no exaggeration. We also had the #1 meal...fries were old and cold. This is usually a good location but tonight's experience is a HUGE disappointment...the wait sucked, the food was unsatisfactory, so the amount of money spent for what we received is just completely unacceptable. I can't believe for the 1st time I'm mad as hell with chickfila."
