"Worst McDonald’s experience ever! At first the Manager (Female) refused to take our order and said we had to use kiosk. When we couldn’t complete the order there she finally agreed to take the order at the register. The manager had an attitude over the situation as if this was a problem, to take our order, and we were paying cash anyway. She purposely took her time getting our food (12 minutes) and the quality was some of the worst McDonald’s burgers we ever attempted to eat. Cold fries and burgers that we eventually thrown out. Customer Service experiences like this kill businesses and stimulate these types of negative reviews. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!!! You’ll experience real customer service at Chick-fil-A next door."
"I'm not really sure how a double quarter pounder turns into two burnt buns and a single piece of meat with nothing on it in a quarter pounder box, but it's happened to me twice now which leads me to believe it's being done on purpose because they're too lazy to take the time to make something. Whoever is the manager needs to do better."
"Ordered online and was still asked to pull up to the railing then continued to wait 20 minutes while everyone else got their order. We saw people walk in after we were waiting and still leave before we got our food. They also forgot my large fry so I tried walking in but they had the front door locked once I finally got in I had to wait even longer just to talk to someone to get my fries. My cheeseburger meal had nothing on it. Floors were sticky and slippery at the same time idek how they do that. I don’t know who the manager was today, but damn they need some training cause it was just all around horrible experience. I know you don’t go to McDonald’s for service, but I did expect to get my food a little faster and atleast all of my order in one go. This McDonald’s has gone so far down hill I don’t think they will ever get better."
