"I can't tell you about the food because the way the store looks I won't eat here. They just opened and it is dirty. They didn't clean from yesterday. I was here yesterday so I know. The same is still dirty. No tea made yesterday or today. I came later in the day yesterday. The glass over the food is disgusting and looks the same as it did yesterday. Floors and table are nasty."
"This Subway is located inside Walmart on New Franklin Rd and was like a breath of fresh air compared to the stifling experiences with the Roanoke Rd location as of late. The staff was friendly, food was prepared in a timely manner, and they were stocked (with at least the ingredients for my order). The store was clean and well maintained. I was very pleased with this visit this location, I recommend."
"We came by today and the guy at the counter acted extremely confused and awkward when we tried to get our order started. He got the bread, meat and cheese toasted for my husband and then just left it on the counter. After several minutes of him chatting with his coworker at the register, and random people coming up, and both associates ignoring me and another person in line, we were getting irritated and started to wonder if we would ever be served. Then one of the associates started smoking her vape and my husband was like “Ok, we are walking out.” So we left, and they didn’t even say a word. Amazing how difficult it seems to be for grown people to just make a sandwich. *I saw a review from a month ago and it seems this is an ongoing issue. I suggest you get better staff."
"I will never return to this location. There was hardly any meat or vegetables available. The bread was old and stale. There were two young employees that acted like we were bothering them to do their job. One of them was high as a kite. Every time we asked him something he would pause and then say I don’t know. The ice machine was not working. I am not sure why they are even open. If the owner is reading this. Take more pride in your business. Hold your employees accountable. Don’t waste this opportunity."
"Bread was stale. Worker lagged as if she didn't want to be there. Very unfriendly. Flies always flying around the food. Will not be going back. I don't understand why people apply for these type of jobs knowing that's not what they want to do. It just baffles me."
