"I can remember when the first stores opened you couldn't eat all the huge chicken fingers piled on your plate. Nowadays your lucky if your chicken finger isn't all crust, very little breast meat available. Atmosphere is dead customers come and go, no real connection with the customer anymore, too busy opening new stores on every corner having untrained kids running the stores to diluting the brand further. But luckily, it still has potential."
