"A wonderful meal and amazing service. The BBQ itself was wonderful and the fried okra was some of the best I've had in years. John, the manager went so far beyond what is necessary to make our meal wonderful. My husband couldn't decide between items for his meal, so John surprised us with a rib for each of us so he didn't have to miss out on them. Not long after cookies arrived for us as well. We were all thrilled! I wish this location was local for us, we would eat there often."

"I was looking forward to a great tasting pulled ,bbq plate. Came away disappointed. Absolutely no smoke flavor at all and the bbq sauce was just OK, nothing special. The advertising for this chain flaunts that the Huffington Post and Ebony magazine touted them one of the 10 best bbq joints in the USA. Sure didn't live up to this boast with me. The Cole slaw was outstanding, the potatoe salad good but a bit on the sweet side, the Brunswick Stew was good and also had a sweetness with okra and green peas which is a bit different than others I have tried. Try it for yourself. The atmosphere was great and i enjoyed seeing all the Auburn and Alabama sports pics. It's mostly a self service restaurant."

"The experience started off extremely poorly. The person bagging the order missed half of our paid items and added extra items that we didn't order but were charged. After a phone call and a trip back to fix the order the owner ensured everything was good as our original order. The potato salad is is very good. The Brunswick stew had a bunch of flavor. The BBQ sauce has so many different levels of taste and depth. The deviled eggs are good but could an additional touch of salt. It was a classy move to de-seed the cucumbers for the house salad. The ranch dressing taste homemade and is delightful. Started badly ended with free cookies."

"Set up very similar to Zaxby’s inside & out, but with a sports bar theme, better food & better tea. Customer service is very much just a person standing near the ordering counter until you interrupt & tell them why you’re there. Dining room was largely empty of guests when I arrived, but I walked past 5 tables before finding 1 that was clean. Food was surprisingly good considering the lack of visible effort. A touch expensive to be a regular meal for 1 person at $25 without tip or dessert, but the serving size is large & it’s tasty. I’ll likely return a couple times each year."

"Average food. Staff were friendly and the food came out fast. Good menu variety. Lots to choose from, even if you're not a BBQ fan. Their famous chocolate dipped cookies are amazing; buy some!"
