"2 girls working together. I walked in and she immediately told me 15 min wait, proceeded to ask me to place my order online. Im in person for a reason why would I drive and then place my order online? Waited after that at the register for several minutes before she would even stop to take my order. Store is clean and food is always good but customer service skills are lacking, no name tags. Host is under Robert.."
"I've never eaten at a firehouse subs but decided to try them tonight because it's the one thing I haven't eaten a million times. Placed order online and knew I'd have to go pick up my order from the "fire station box "." My cup was gross, it had crumbs, food, and something else inside it. I asked for a new cup, and the lady at the counter gave me one but looked at me like I was trying to get a free drink. Then my chips weren't in my bag, went back in and grabbed a box that had chips and a cookie and asked if this was right because I didn't order a cookie, the lady told me I had to grab my own chips, again not a big deal but if you've never eaten there you don't really know what's going on. The actual food was gross - both sandwiches were supposed to be tosted. Both were warm ish from the meat, but the bread was not tosted. Just overall, I wouldn't eat here again."
"The place was dirty floor had some sticky on it. I got a sandwich it had very little meat. I got a large drink and they only had small or medium cups. For 16.18 I expect MUCH more."
