"Not professional, very slow. Door was locked at the time of my appointment 7:30. The receptionist look right at me and didn’t open the door. A lot of joking and laughing in the office when the lobby is full of patients waiting! GET YOUR STAFF UNDER CONTROL!!"

"The dynamics of this office has really changed. The front desk employees along with the accounts manager (or whatever her role is) are very unprofessional. Sad to say that after 2 long years, I no longer feel welcomed here. During my time there, I have been seen by 3 different orthodontist and every single one of them has given me a different treatment plan."

"The woman that worked on my son mouth this time left a bracket in his mouth not glued or anything. Then once we get to the car he has spots where the metal wire doesn’t even connect, like a lot of short pieces, and the only thing she told me was he needed to brush more… so I’m not sure if it’s supposed to be like that or not. They really don’t communicate properly at this location.$$$$$"

"My daughter has finally started her smile journey and so far I am very pleased with the level of service received at the Morrow location. The office has a steady flow of customers but the entire staff is always very friendly and professional. Big shout out to Eleanor who got us started. Her upbeat and down to earth personality was an added plus. Keep up the Amazing work!"

"Not the best experience. The facility osinew and so is the orthodontist. The orthodontist is nice. Service is not prompt and it should be for the money you pay. Some of the employees are nice but most of them have the nice nasty attitude. One of them spoke to my 14 year old like she was 5, that's the last time we will allow her to work on our daughter."
