"Pretty good this time. Not normally a fan of subway. Normally used to cheap flavorless meat but this time it was pretty ok. Guess they have made some improvements since the last time I ate at one a year ago. But they do still seem a little over priced."

"Food was good but service was about the coldest I've ever received from a Subway. No "hi" or eye contact...just "you ready?!" While eating we watched one young girl struggling to provide service to several people in line while the other 2 employees were in the back laughing and talking. She even called out to them for help and they ignored her. I guess good customer service is an option and not the norm anymore at this location."

"Wish I could give them a zero. I have never had a sandwich this bad. The bread was so stale and hard that oi couldn’t even begin to bite into it. There were only six slices of meat on it all piled up on one end of the bread. Subway’s recipe is 12 slices. I used to Manage a Subway and if any of my employees served a sandwich like that I would have been horrified and so would the owner. When I pulled up the door was locked with a sign on the door saying they would be closed for the next hour. An employee did come to the door and let me in. He said that they were closed so they could restock. If they were so busy that they had to close to restock then there is no reason for the bread to have been hard as a brick. It’s to bad that there service was so bad. They are the closet store to me and I drove 5 miles to get there because I had really wanted Subway. Never again…I’ll just go to Firehouse or Jersey Mikes right down the street."
