"Very friendly and professional"
"Security first cancelled my policy (because they wouldn’t cover the type of wiring in my house). Sherri (with Ellis Insurance Agency in Marianna) is my local representative, I guess. She told me that she spoke with a customer service rep and got everything taken care of and the policy would just not renew at the start of the new year. However, I have received multiple letters saying that my policy would be cancelled due to non-payment. Now, Sherri has just stopped responding to emails I guess since I’m not one of her policy holders. I’ve reached out to ask her to fix this, since I don’t want to end on bad terms with the company, as this is an issue of something they won’t cover rather than me not paying them. Not a very good way to do business, Sherri and quite frankly very unprofessional."
