"whoever was working October 31st around lunch needs an attitude check. majorly. ordered doordash and my delivery person was a sweet little old man. he seemed upset and said the person behind the counter was extremely rude to him about a note on my order making sure to double check order (because without a doubt something somehow always gets left off). been coming in for a long time and it’s usually the same girl who seems miserable and rude. not only that but she shoved the side of queso INTO my actual food. glad i get to clean up my food before even eating it. definitely won’t be wasting money here again."
"It reminds me of Moes, just not as good. The big cookies look impressive. I would like fresh brewed tea. It was good. I had nachos which reminded me of the Billy Barou."
"We have been to The Buckin’ Burrito a few times and have had good experiences. So, when my husband asked where I wanted to go for my birthday dinner, I picked it again. If I’m rating on Customer Service alone, zero stars. The younger crowd working tonight were too busy whispering and giggling with each other to even take my order or to answer my questions. And, me being on the other side of the counter, led me to believe that I was the reason they were laughing. Maybe that’s not the case, but it sure feels that way in that situation. So, I ended up with half of an order, with nothing on my salad, because the people working couldn’t focus on treating a customer with respect. Customer Service can make or break a business and it will definitely be a long time before I come back here again."
"I started coming here this year in 2023 and I don't understand why I never came here to eat amazing burritos and chips n salsa. The food is amazing as well as the service. I highly recommend eating here!"
