Cicis Pizza

"My family and I called to get pricing to see if we had enough in our budget to eat there, the person who answered the phone (didn’t give a name) told me pricing but that their drink machine was down and we couldn’t get water. I asked if we could bring our own drinks and she said that would be fine (which I later found out it was not) when I arrived they gave me a different price which was $10 over what I was told old on the phone. I told them the story of the phone call which they asked who I spoke to. They told me there was nothing they could do. During that conversation I overheard the “manager talking on the phone giving a discount to a different group. I asked her when she ended the call how she could give them a discount but not stand by what I was told over the phone. ( keep in mind there was a line of people behind me ) the manager was very rude and so was her other employee that was wear a USMC government issued PT sweat top. They continued to talk down and rude to me I ask for her boss’s number and her name she then gave me a business card with the owners phone number on it. I stepped outside to call him. I explained that to him the conversation he told me that he was going yo call her then call me back. When he called me back he honored the price I was originally told over the phone he was very nice and respectful. When my family and I went back in to eat the manager walked back up there to ring up my order the way the owner told her to. She didn’t great us as we walked in didn’t even bother to look me in the eye. After we payed for our order (I can’t prove that she did) there was a security officer that was just about staring and my family and myself the entire time we were eating and they kept gesturing in our location. We ate our food which was delicious, then we stacked our plates and bowls and separated the silverware (I use to work in a restaurant so we always try yo clean up after our family) The owner was a very nice man and I really appreciate you taking care of my family today, and I really appreciate what you did for us today. The manager was so rude to my family and I do not appreciate the way she treated us. The reason I gave a 4 star was purely on the treatment of the owner of this establishment."

"We used to love going to cities with our kids but this last time we went was just too much. We paid and started to go through the buffet line when we realized there were no plates at the salad bar and no forks or spoons in the utensil holder. That would be understandable if it had been super busy and the workers were running like crazy. However ove definitely seen it busier and the two girls upfront were just sitting and talking in between ringing up customers. There was hardly no lettuce out, we had to scrape the bottom of the container for cheese, the cheesy garlic bread was over cooked and the pumpkin cinnamon rolls were dry and rock hard."

"We just left from there sept 20th ( before 6 pm). I didn’t take notice of the managers name, but I wanted to take the time brag on him a little. The store was very clean and he was constantly filling things and wiping thing, and had a smile on his face the entire time. When my sister was having difficulties understanding how to pay so my child could play games at the arcade. He took notice of it and stopped what he was doing and went over and very politely assisted her. I appreciate things like that. He made us feel welcome there and more than any other reason I will return to a restaurant where I feel welcomed. Thank you also for the wonderful service from the younger dark straight haired woman at the register who greeted us as we walked in. We had a great experience tonight."

"We waited patiently outside the door because we were early and they didn’t open until 11. We greeted the girl that opened the door, she looked at us and walked away. Maybe she didn’t hear us. I went up to request a pizza. The girl looked at me then walked away. They really brought down the vibes in the restaurant. They don’t want to be here and take it out in the customers. I feel like every time we come to this location there’s a problem."

"The pizza was ok. I ordered a pizza that they pushed back for a long time. My family are while I watched. When I asked about the pizza, they did get it made. The CSM never gave us our cups."
