"Ordered gravy biscuit with a piece of sausage. After pulling away found out no sausage in bag and that I had been charged for a coffee that I didn't order or receive. Plus I do not drink coffee."
"Ordered a 2 piece, leg and thigh with rice and potatoes. They were out of thighs so they gave me 2 BABY legs with green beans and potatoes. How do you mistake "RICE" for "GREEN BEANS" and who in their right mind would think 2 tiny legs would come close to working for anyone!?!?!?!?!?!"
"The food was cold after I waited for 47mins in line, they had a rude tone while making my order, and I didn’t even get my food packaged correctly. Other Bojangles’ I’ve been to, have been great, but this one is just terrible in soo many ways. I can tell they had no training on costumer service at all."
"Generally always friendly for a business that is always busy. The line always moves fairly quick unless someone has a large order. This is basically a drive thru only location so it does happen sometimes. I recommend checking your order as you pull away because I have received the wrong order once, but they are almost always accurate to what you ask for."
