"Ordered 2 subs online and both were made incorrectly. Not only was it made wrong, but had so much mayo and chipotle on it, that it was impossible to pick up without falling completely apart. The bread was drenched and soggy. My husband took mine back, was told the computer had a glitch and he would have to pay again for the correct sub. The kid told him they make what comes over the computer and there was no replacement for errors. But what about a replacement for poor quality food? That was more upsetting than the wrong order."
"I used to eat here 2-3 times per week. But after the owner decided he absolutely had to charge me 40 cents for a single extra slice of cheese. We were already rung up, he actually made us get the card out again for the 40 cents. Was it worth it to lose my business?"
"I'm always dissatisfied with this place. In the past the employees have been rude and do not know how to follow directions, and also this store often does not have the toppings (particularly cheese) and kind of bread that I like. I just went to get a sandwich, and they were closed an hour before closing time. On the door it says they close at nine, and I showed up a few minutes before eight. The times on Google also say they close at nine. The employee who was inside rudely said, "Well I say we're closed" in response to me asking about the times listed on the door. Management, please train your employees in kindness and responsibility. I'm very disappointed."
