"There has been no purose of having this agency as a broker they have done nothing to save my family money. I am very disatisfied. One of the agents told me yesterday that they only have 3 agents and they have been trying and was very rude to me in which i had to ask her why are you speaking to me so hostile i am only trying to understand my bill they have cost me money !!! I have been with them for 5 years and i am so disappointed"

"Eric and his team are wonderful! They are always so quick responding to emails or phone calls and go out of their way to make you feel like you are their most valued client! The other day I was sitting at a car dealership with my husband and couldn't leave until we showed proof of insurance- Eric and his team were quick to add him to my policy and send over the proof so we could enjoy the rest of our day and car.
