"We were from out of town; but this red lobster is definitely not up to my expectations, the building outside definitely needs an upgrade and the waitress kept forgetting stuff but said she was misunderstanding us? My food was warm, not hot the salmon was extremely dry; even though there was hardly anyone in the restaurant & it came out really quick."
"Was in this store on 1-14-24, 3 stars is being generous. We almost always have a good experience at most Red Lobsters we've dined at, but not this one. Asked for more cheddar biscuits before we got our dinner, finally got some to go when we left..., appetizer delivered after dinner meals and this after asking server twice about it..., asked Mgr for extra tarter when he brought our meals, then asked server at least twice after, and finally got it to go. Food was just okay, service was not good at all, and did not seem terribly busy for a Sun mid afternoon..., contrast that to our recent great experience at the Red Lobster in Canton, GA, will be separate review..."

"Our hats off to Gwen the best server experience in over a year! She truly made our lunch fab. ThanX It's hard to beat "endless shrimp", just ask my hubby! I'm not quite the eater he is so I had the crispy Brussels sprouts and stuffed mushrooms(yum) BTW the GM Jessica Meehan was on-site with an extra pair of hands ensuring you really felt like a welcomed guest rather just another customer. ThanX"
"I went to eat lunch here today and I must say it was delicious. I took my wife here last month for her birthday and wasn't that pleased. So red lobster got with me and asked me to try them again and I must say I am so glad we did. The bread was delicious. And the coconut shrimp appetizer was out of this world. I had the admiral feast for my main course and every bit of it was delicious. All around great trip. So glad I gave them another chance. The way they reached out to me and convinced me to try them again was customer service at its finest and the food was delicious today."
