Applebee's Grill + Bar

"My friend and I live in Cartersville and arrived here about 4pm on 2/16/24 after I finished with surgery pre-op at Redmond. We were tired and hungry and were pleased to be seated immediately. Within just a few minutes we were greeted by Britni R. She was very friendly and attentive. She answered all of our questions and made great suggestions. She was patient as we decided what we wanted. Our food arrived quickly and our drinks were always filled. We will definitely come to Rome just to eat with Britni at Applebee's!"

"Went to your Rome location on 1.23.24 for my birthday. Arrived at 7:15pm. Sat for 20 minutes after being seated with nothing. When we caught a server passing by, I asked her if we could get some service? She was rude and asked if we wanted water or something. I said I would like a cocktail, its my birthday. She sighed and said she would be back. After 32 minutes with 0 service, we got up to leave. She then walked over and said, "I hope you have a good birthday, it sucks working here." I think this just might be the worst service or lack there of ever. They were not busy and during our 30 min wait we were also accosted by a homeless man that harassed every table in the venue for money and no one said a word to him. It was just an awful experience over all. I then tried to call to speak to a manager and no one answered the phone. Went to Longhorns and had dinner and it was amazing."

"Britni R. Was an amazing server. In the rush of it all she made sure we always had something to drink and constantly checked in on us. She gave us recommendations of what her favorites were and was just all around kind. We will definitely be back and hope to have Britni as our server again. She is an amazing worker!"

"Arrived early afternoon, waited 10 minutes to be seated, not because they are busy, but rather no one was working but a couple of people. Was seated then given menus, and told he will be right back after he seats a few other folks that were waiting after us. Then he proceeded to take their drink and appetizer order without coming back to us who were there first and waited another 5-10 minutes. We were about to walk out at that point and he arrived to finally take our order. Food was ok but the service was lousy. The prices are also out of control as well because it was expensive. It's a bit too pricey for Applebee's food. Just sayin... We didn't order drinks otherwise the bill would have been close to 60 bucks for two."

"One of the biggest reasons for the lower score was the overall service. Our waitress was disappeared for more than 15 minutes after taking our orders. Another server brought out our food. Each drink order we put in took at least 10 minutes for her to pick it up from the bar. All other servers look to be on top of it maybe the one we had was having a off day."
