"Their delivery truck was blocking the drive thru and we had trouble pulling up. The lady taking our order was rude. Got an item wrong. Had us pull up to the curb after we ordered and we watched several cars go through the drive thru with orders. Then when she brought our food to us she didn't say anything and had a angry look on her face. Plus it took almost 20 minutes"
"Why have they discontinued plain gravy. Kids don’t like regular or my husband. While we we’re eating we heard 3 cars in drive thru order plain gravy. And they just pulled off."
"I've been too Hardees over the years in different locations and I like them but this restaurant I don't know what in the world happened but their food was terrible. The hamburgers were overdone edges were dry look like you been sitting for hours. They usually have lettuce pickles and tomatoes and onions on the sandwiches but only had onions and pickles and cheese which looked old and was crumbling off the sandwich. It's rule I have to take the pickles off the sandwich because I'm allergic to dies. So that leaves only onions on a nasty burger. I'm not one to complain about food but that was unbelievably nasty."
