"The girl taking our order on 2-13-24 around 7pm had a very bad attitude, we waited at the speaker for 5 minutes no one greeted us, and when she did her tone of voice was very rude…sat at the window for 10 minutes waiting on a hotdog, and old tater tots, it would’ve been okay if it was fresh for waiting that long. (2nd time coming through and the staff has had a bad attitude)"
"Every time we go here they mess up our order! Today I was going to use a coupon for free med slush. I also got popcorn chicken. I got charged for my slush. Didn't realize it until i left because I was not given a receipt."
"The Rainsville AL location is awful! The customer service is horrendous! We waited a total of 28 minutes mins. We we paid after 6 minutes of sitting at the window! There were cars pulling back in with their food in hand because why? IT WAS WRONG! The lady at the window was a complete jerk (entitled millennial)! Not one bit of customer service 100% rude! I get working in fast food is not easy…. But come on! This was the worst experience I have had in years! These kids all act like we need to cater to them! It’s a joke! We will not be going back! I will drive an hour if I need to! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! 31.00 for 2 grill cheese (that they wouldn’t make into a meal) A chili dog meal and 2 addl drinks! Definitely not worth your money!"
"Stopped here to get a tea because it was happy hour from 2-4 PM where drinks are 50% off. My husband got a medium grape slush + a Nerds candy add in for only $1.50! I got a 44oz unsweetened strawberry tea for less than $2! Great deal and this is the fastest Sonic I've ever been to."
