Ingles Market

"Get the freezers fixed. Food that is supposed to be frozen is thawed. Went to grab a bag of "frozen" french fries and they were very soft . Went to grab some frozen vegetables and they were frozen into one big clump as if they thawed and refroze. Been coming to this store for years and it seems to be an ongoing issue. Starting to wonder if I should shop elsewhere. Food safety is a must."

"I recently had a disappointing experience at Ingles while picking up food for my parents. There was a friendly older lady in front of me who ordered two pieces of fish, mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese and hush puppies. The staff served her without any issue. However, when I ordered the exact same thing, I was told that I could only get one piece of fish and the other piece would have to be weighed. I was taken aback by this as the lady in front of me was not subjected to the same rule. When I politely inquired about when they started weighing the second piece of fish, they claimed that it had always been their policy. I couldn't help but wonder why this policy was not applied to the customer before me. This experience left me feeling stereotyped and treated unfairly. I hope that Ingles addresses this issue to ensure that all customers are treated equally, regardless of their background."

"This pharmacy is a joke! Charged me $25 for an OLD prescription, after it was asked WHAT ALL IS IN THE BAG...THIS SEEMS AWFUL HIGH and HEAVY, I was only supposed to have 3 prescriptions, NOT 4...Was told there was only 3. Get it home, call them, and I'm told they can't take it back because it's medicine...WE WERE LIED TO! TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE BETTER AND TO NOT LIE!"

"I have used the Ingles bakery for my girls birthday parties, for years, and seriously every year they truly impress me but this year I knew I was asking a lot, i asked her to match the colors from a napkin, and to draw a hippie van, and I was even expecting some push back but she just smiled, and was SO kind, and nice, and when I tell y’all, they went ABOVE, AND BEYOND my wildest dreams!! I was told it was done by the manager, and I just had to thank her on this review bc she did so amazing! This cake was perfect! Thank you so much! Y’all always do the best cakes for their parties but this one is my favorite! Everyone went on, and on about this beautiful cake! Thank you so much again for all your hard work!"

"A high-end Market especially considering the area it's in. The deli counter and Starbucks are a nice feature. The store is clean and well-organized with more selection on items especially considering the size of the store. Produce and bulk items are is a plus."
