"I concur with the rest of the dissatisfied customers. I signed up for a policy 2 weeks ago and it has not processed and the agent never answers the phone. This type of service is disgusting."

"Since the changing a measurement we had got poor service. You go by the office seems like it's always closed. Can't get them on the phone for about 3 or 4:00 during the day. We will be found another office to go to. I would like the insurance policy. But the service we see at this office is just poor service in every way. Sad thing this is used to be the good office. "Allstate is a piece of work, but Lawrence’s office takes the cake. No issues or accidents in four years and when something happened they changed up my deductible, didn’t call me back for close to a week and then transferred me to the main line where I waited for over an hour to speak with a live agent. My claim was entered in incorrectly, and I’m still not sure if it’s fixed since I’ll be coming out of pocket for it anyways. Rate will be going up, even though Allstate isn’t coming out of pocket. I know folks who are satisfied with Allstate - I am not one of them. And I would never recommend Lawrence as an agent."

"I'm totally disappointed and dissatisfied with Allstate. I had a single vehicle accident 8-13-22. The car, my car was totaled. On 8-15-22 I got a rental. On 8-24-22 I was told to turn in the rental because they would not be paying for it any further. As of today I have no vehicle. No check to buy another vehicle and I have been ubering back and forth to work since 8-25-22. I will say to their credit we have been missing each other's calls but as a customer I am not happy. No vehicle...No check....No rental....and I am paying out my pocket for transportation. I still gotta work. Is this how Allstate treat their customers. I thought I was suppose to be in Good Hands. I certainly do not feel like I am in Goods Hands or with the Good Hands People."

Any questions or concerns get answered immediately and the rates for coverage are the best! No long wait times on the phone and if my agent is unavailable I receive a call back in a timely manor.
