BTW, James at ABU Water Service, like most water delivery companies, pay the municipal (county, city, etc.) water department for the water. Pretty sure homeowners and tax payers are not footing the bill. Educate yourself big fella."
"Not a good company . seen taking water from the Fayetteville water system ( hydrant ) on 3/29 on Redwine Rd... At least two truck loads. Wonder what the homeowner is charged for this free water? Photos sent to Fayetteville Police"
