"Horrible customer service, I entered the store to find no one in line waiting and the crew working behind counter at this point I was fine with the facts no one greeted me. However, after standing there for two to three minutes being ignored I turned and walked out and the is when the owner /manager or person on charge decides to acknowledge me, can’t help but feel that by black skin was why they didn’t acknowledge me. Thankfully there are other UPS stores with better service."
