"Signed a contract with Herring pools in late April/early March. Was told we would be swimming by July first but never got a concrete start date. Finally this morning just 3 days before I was last told construction would begin, I get a text message that Chase Herring is cancelling my contract because he doesn't feel they can complete the pool on time...buyer beware as I have now heard several horror stories much worse than mine."
