"They show up and that's the only good thing. They take your payment information up front and then just charge you whatever they feel like charging. There is no quote given ahead of time and they do not let you know before they replace additional parts that they feel may go bad soon (gliders). I would not recommend this company. $900 for a sliders and ropes."
