"Love the staff and doctors. Very friendly environment. However, they are restricted to only cleaning teeth and examining them. If there are issues with cavities or things they can't do, they refer you to Selma, AL. Not only is it 3 hours away, Selma is horrible. I did a review on that page as well. I wouldn't go back to Selma if you paid me."

"I've used this company for dental needs since I was a child, in fact I've never been elsewhere. I loved this place and Dr. Blackmon when I was growing up, it was nice to feel so comfortable with them! You could tell he really loved and has a passion for his profession! Over the years I've noticed a change in tune here, they weren't as personable or caring but I stuck with them because in the past I'd always gotten great service. Now because I had to reschedule mine & my sons appt in may 2022 (I called and left a voicemail 2 weeks in advance that they claim to have not received) my account has been terminated and I'm not allowed to reschedule. I've had several SEVERAL procedures done here and spent thousands with them. I spent $6000+ at just my last appt on a cuspid to cuspid bridge that they placed and now conveniently they refuse to maintain. It's sad that they've lost their personal touch! I even offered to pay for the appointment cost of the "broken" appointment and asked them to at least mention it to Dr. Blackmon and they said no he leaves that up to us. Disappointed is an understatement. I've been a patient for over 20 years and this is only the second appt I've ever had to reschedule"

I had to check that girl and asked her what is it to her? I saw Keith over 10 years ago and his staff didn’t make me feel welcome back then. l see that his staff still hasn’t changed their unprofessional ways and stand-off-ish attitudes. How dare her questioning me especially when my appointment was scheduled 60 days out. I truly feel it’s because of my ethnicity."
