"I scheduled my first appointment here because I just moved to the area & was due for my 6 month cleaning. I was taken through 2 different X-ray machines, then had my blood pressure checked, then another scan of my mouth. After which another employee came in and “checked my gum health”. Then the dentist came in & said there was nothing wrong with my teeth but I needed a cleaning. I said I know this. Then they sent me to the lobby to wait to schedule a cleaning??? I asked why I wasn’t getting one. She said they close at 12. Then the scheduler told me she could schedule me a cleaning for $399!!! I have insurance, which they are contracted with. I’ve never paid for a cleaning. I told them I will never go back."
