"I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Dougherty and the staff here. I had a dental emergency and I was able to get in and be treated fairly quickly. It has been a long process to fix the damage to my teeth, some of which has been pretty uncomfortable. Because of past terrible experiences at a certain low cost clinic in town, I was absolutely shaking scared to get the procedures done. I was treated with kindness and gentleness and I was treated with respect. The work they’ve done on my teeth has been perfect and I’m well on my way to getting my smile back. Words cannot express how thankful I am to have found this place."

"Everyone at this dental office is super friendly and kind, from the ladies at the front desk (Karen & Winney), to each hygienist, and of course the main dentist Dr. Dougherty. I've been attending this office since I first came to Dothan in 2009 and it's been nothing but professionalism and proficiency from day one. There's no long wait and my hygienist Gale, is a gem. She never keeps me waiting and she's gentle when cleaning my teeth. I've had cleanings, fillings, and crowns done here and I've always left satisfied with the procedures I received. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs dental work, I promise you won't be disappointed!"

"I just got off the phone with the receptionist. I would be a new patient and I tried to make an appointment. She immediately informed me that they no longer take Delta dental and “any further conversation would be a moot point”. Harsh. fine, but I wanted to ask if I can pay cash for my cleaning. She let me know that it would be against their contract. Fine. she didn’t even let me finish my next sentence, and was trying to express how that situation makes it difficult for a patient willing to pay, but she “southern polite” was rude to me and said, “thanks for your call” and hung up on me while I was talking! I guess it’s a blessing that they no longer accept my insurance. I would not want to be treated in such a rude manner. Quite unprofessional to cut someone off while they’re still talking and then hanging up."

"The WORSE SECRETARY EVER!!! The dentist and dental hygienist were very nice. But after scheduling my appointment and telling me that my referral was approved. I was told after my cleaning that it was not. I specifically asked if my referral was approved since I'm retired military, and they said Yes. After being told this, I tried to work with the secretary to fix their mistake since they did not put in the proper paper work. While trying to fix the issue, I was belittled and disrespected by the secretary at every turn. I will be informing the Fort Novosel Dental Clinic and the VA that they should not be allowed to treat military service members and their families. Veterans & Active Duty Military steer clear, and I recommend you go anywhere else but here."
