"Doctor called my prescription in I arrived at CVS and was told that it would take 20 minutes. I said okay I'll be right back. I gave them an extra 10 minutes, I go inside and they tell me that the tech is working on it now and it will be ready in 5 minutes . 15 minutes later and 4 people who came in after me, received their meds, even a guy whose doctor called his prescription in this morning, he came and stood maybe no more than 5 minutes and received his prescription. I finally stood up and one of the people that works there ask the pharmacist if my prescription was ready she looked at her like I don't know and then finally one of the young ladies came to the register, asked what my name and date which I gave again. She kept looking in different bins and finally she found the prescription. I get in the car to leave and I see that CVS texted me letting me know my prescription was ready and that was 15 minutes after I received the text that I was still waiting for my prescription. This is not the first time this has happened BUT it will be the last. I am transferring to Kroger!!"
