"Absolutely terrible customer service. There is only one lady, I think her name is Lisa, that knows what she is doing and has always been helpful. The other people in there are rude and incompetent. I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru line just to be told to come in and wait in another long line. There has also been several times that they said my prescriptions would be ready the next day but then canceled them and never called to notify me. Thankfully, I was able to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere and I won’t have to deal with them anymore."
"When I went in to pick up the prescription, the pharmacist was helpful and attentive. Since there was no line, I asked for a COVID booster. He checked my record, (saying that they really didn’t get many requests for COVID boosters), found that I was eligible, gave me the (almost) painless booster, and sent me on my way. It was quick! I recommend it!"

"This is the worst Pharmacy I have ever dealt with if you walk in with a perception that you need it takes hours to get it filled, forget it if a Dr office calls in your perception it can take days. I don’t know how they stay in business my dad is 81 he can’t wait hours much less days for medication. We have had more than enough of their non customer service and will no longer require their services."
