"In this "Age of Communication" where responding is virtually impossible NOT to achieve, the Evans, Ga. branch of this Law Firm are professionals at being rude and condescending. It does not take 7 days to pick up a phone and return a phone call unless your building was demolished by a tornado. Professional courtesy, due diligence and good manners have not been displayed to (us). I have no doubt that others have had a better experience therefore I would have to say that prejudice falls into play here. To choose and select whom to help and dismiss others due to the size of the "purse" is immoral and unethical."
