"I haven't visited a dentist since before I got braces, which was a little over a decade ago. Today, I had my first professional cleaning since then. The reason for my hiatus from so much as entering dental offices was the trauma from Help A Child Smile. They were awful, and them being my first and only experiences with dentistry through my adolescent years left me with a great disdain for all things dentistry. I was more than happy to just take care of my own teeth, thinking that all dental visits must be that way. Well.. I gave it another shot with these guys, and this was SO much better. INFINITELY BETTER. If I wasn't filled with anxiety just from being in the building, I could have fallen asleep during that cleaning. Everyone that I've interacted with there is so sweet. I feel so much better about getting professional cleanings and about general dental visits after this experience. It's very nice to know that dentistry doesn't have to mean literal torment. I understand why people like going to the dentist now."

"Avoid Brenda. She clearly needs more practice at not hurting people during routine cleanings. I’ve been going to this Denist office for over 20 years. Over the past few years I would off and on get Brenda as my hygienist. Usually I try and avoid her because EVERY time I have her I leave with marks on my gum line. This last experience has me leaving this review. After a few uncomfortable pokes to the gums and me squinting in pain she claimed my gums were bleeding and I needed to floss better. She offered to give me a numbing medicine to help the duration of the clean or she joked do you want me to just not poke your gums? I asked for her to not poke at my gums. I also stated that I don’t usually have this issue when I’m with my regular hygienist Datania. After this it’s like she just didn’t do much more plaque cleaning on my teeth and went straight to the salt water spray. While I was glad to not endure anymore gum poking I feel I was short changed on my cleaning. I also saw where she put notes on my chart that stated she couldn’t do her job (Periodontal charting) because of me. Later as I got home and had pain with brushing my teeth I discovered the marks on my gums. NO WONDER I HAD BLEEDING!"

"Been a patient since 1997. This week had a tooth crowned. The dentist at this pratice I had been using for 25 years retired, and didnt know what to expect with Dr Kedrick, Jr...but was pleasently surprised at the transition, professionaism and the expereince.-The dentist and his assistanct talked with me through the entire procedure, letting me what they were doing and what to expect, and kept inquiring on how I was doing. Excellent and quick procedure, less that an hour to get temporaty crown in. No pain, except when they deaden the area, and when that was done, nothing else. Good place if you need a dentist, hygenist with friendly and profesional people."
