Signature Family Dentistry

"I saw this dentist in the middle of November and they were supposed to submitted a pre-authorization for dental work. I was told I could take up to 6 weeks. Okay cool but I contacted my insurance company and they said they never received any pre-authorization from this dentist so I contacted the dentist back and they were so rude and told me I had to give them at least six weeks even though they stated I needed to get this work done. It is now febuary 1st well past 6 weeks and I still cannot get an answer from the dentist and my insurance company still has not received a prior authorization from them. This is an absolute horrible dentist I will find a new one I will never the office staff is not helpful at all. I now see why this place does not have a great have a good rating"

"Where to begin...the receptionist changed my appointment time without notification, when I attempted to confirm she got into an argument through text and even said she was trying to get off early that day to either cancel or be there 3 hours earlier than I scheduled. When arriving nobody is nice, everyone has an attitude. The dental assistant spent 40 minutes doing xrays, pretty sure she had no idea what she was doing as she had to repeat every scan multiple times while shredding my mouth in the meantime. She actually got the mouthpiece stuck in my jaw and as I'm saying ow she just yanks it out. My autistic son with epilepsy was sitting in the chair and raised his hand to ask a question when the dentist began yelling at him for no reason. I was quoted over 10k in dental work with insurance, I went back to my old dentist and paid cash as he doesnt take my insurance.Had no issues and was told none of what was listed as necessary by this dentist was necessary at all.do not waste a breath even calling this place, beyond rude and just billing your insurance for what they can."

"The dentist doesn’t seem compassion enough. I didn’t get anything resolved… A waste of time and money… maybe I was treated this way because I receive Medicaid. I will never return or recommend this office. I feel like if your heart not in it… don’t do it! Yes I have issues with my teeth but that’s why I came."

"Please read! We were serviced on 04 August 2023! My sons (4 years old and 2 years old) were referred to another dentistry because of “slightly wiggly” and “too wiggly”! Additionally, I was informed that my 4 year old had cavities and would need a fill-in; that apparently, could not be done at this dentistry. How can you call yourself a Family Dentistry if you cannot tolerate kids!? Regardless, I felt these were EXCUSES to no longer service us anymore! I do not recommend this facility nor will I ever refer anyone to this facility! Find another dentistry for your children! Two Stars for clean establishment, and friendly staff - Front Desk/Hygienist!"

"The staff is amazing! I am thankful to Dr. Vialva for being so thorough and detailed during her exams and evaluations. She saw things other providers have missed for years. She makes it comfortable for those of us who suffer with dental anxiety. She loves what she does and it shows in her work! I am proud to have her as my dentist and I will be forever grateful to her!"
